I haven't charged my collars in about two or three trips and are working fine but today when I put then to charge my blue led didn't come on I check the collars on the hand held and all but one was full charge so I tried four different chargers on this collar stil no light and the same for the other three no light  any advice

Take some sand paper and clean terminals it always worked for me if that don't work call garmin

had one that did that but it charged,just no light when charging.will the colar turn on now? check to see how many bars your batt has then put on a charger overnight and recheck the batt  bars

Yea they work I've used them three times sense this post but still never charged them I'm at work but will put them on when I get off thanks man

i clean my connections with a tooth brush and water .if the brass looks dull i use a small brass bristle brush to clean them then and make um shine hope it helps

yea mine do the samething they wont charge unles i clean the connetions off then it will charge and the light will come on!!

My collar did the same thing. There was a wire unpluged in mine. All you have to do to open it is loosen all the screws out and u should see the wire inside. hope that helps you out

I posted this same pic the other day for someone else.  Bicycle tube.  It's tight and keeps the charging ports clean.
