Looking thru old pic's and found this one . Here's the story The day started with two men and a 11 year old boy and 4 dogs. We turned out at day light and headed for a clear cut we never made it . the dogs hit and run about 50 yards and caught it was a small shoat. Took it away from them and it was on they trailed about 400 yards and bayed again we killed 3 more and it was on again. This time they went 1.63 miles and bayed again we finally got there and killed three more. of course they rolled out again 2.3 miles away they bayed again and split both with hogs so we killed them too. That made 9 hogs and the end time was 11:55 am but it took us until 7 pm to get them all out.. We were hunting on private land and the land owner wanted them DEAD. We donated the meat to needy families in our area. It took me a week to get over it because we walk hunt. JJ  |
