TDHA is trying to encourage all hunters to be involved in the contest. We had one all women's team last year and we have had some interest from some junior teams all ready this year. Each of the bonus divisions will pay $350. Come on girls get your teams together

I know some big guys if they had a heaviest all man's team. Some boys I know make me look small. Plus if I eat a large meal and skip the toilet before I step on the scale we just might take it

"The team members listed on the Entry Form are the ONLY members allowed to hunt the Tournament. If a team member is unable to continue hunting with the team for any reason, that team will continue hunting without that member(s). NO SUBSTITUTIONS CAN BE MADE!!"
Am I reading this correctly to mean that there cannot be any outside help to assist the teams this year? For instance, if Chris, Mike, Matt, and Clay hunt together, then Myself, Angel, Mandy G, and Stacie can't be on the hunt? I may be reading into this too much and just need clarification. Cheers M

Yes, helpers are allowed just like in years past. The wording of this section of the rules has not changed and is the same as last year.
Team members are the only ones to handle the dogs and catch or stick the hogs, helpers can help with the hogs after that.

Yeah Chance, but there's no way they're gonna win heaviest all girl team. You get your panties and ill bring my bedazzled belt and a wig, and maybe we'll earn a buckle

Can the wording be changed or have this added to actually be stated in the rules. The way it stands it's not 100% clear that helpers can not leg/stick hogs. I know a few teams that had helpers leg and stick hogs last year because it doesn't state that they couldn't. Don't want any teams being disqualified over this technicality.

Good catch, that part was taken out last year. I will put it back in as we don't want the teams with alot of helper to have an advantage while hunting and catching hogs.

I have decided to stay out of the woods until the contest is over. There ain't no telling what kind of horrible sights might be out there
