Ok so my cuzin cody comes over to hunt at 6:30 tonight and when he gets here its kind of cloudy not to bad so we load the dogs up and head to colby's aka catch and tie 2 we start heading east and we can tell the weather is not looking to good north of us but we are going east 45 minutes then south. So we get to colbys and load his dogs up and see that my gas light has come on lol if you no me im gonna make it no matter what. So we drive about 20 miles to the loves store about to run out of gas and thay have shut all the gas pumps down because there is a tornado right over the store ,so hungry and about to run out of gas we make it to the next store well im getting gas thay are blasting the take cover sirens on both ends of town I run in to tell the guy's we got to go and quickly and what do I find catch and tie heating up a taco and looking through the slim jims so I rush him a bit so he would come on. Then we drove 20 more miles away from the storms it was not to bad to hunt there so we start to get the dogs ready and it started poring down rain so we just went on back home im mad about it now but sure was funny at the time.

funny lil story there, i always have a 5 gallon tank of gas in my tool box, just incase. i would have been screamin "F the slim jims lets go!"

bayed hard theres no difference in warmin up a taco or huntin when the sirens are blowin, when i got home the radar showed the worst of it movin out of our country

Just like Draggin weight said be glad you got some. We got just enough this morning to get the truck dirty. I live in Logan county & we haven't had squat for rain its been all east of us.

Send that rain down here! I put a wading pool next to house so the rain keeps it full and I have my boy clean it every now and then. I just had to put water in it. So just send that rain down and go get some slim jims

Yeah trusted me I ain't complaining about the rain we are very dry here to was just mad that we watched the news and it wasn't supposed to hit were we was hunting lol and we haven't been in to weeks I had the need to go fever and finally get a brake to go and get stormed on  |
