Don't give this guy any sensible good idea's about a tat. I want him highly Intoxicated and riduculously spontanous. That way the end result will be something we can all enjoy for years to come at his expense. I was thinking more like the exact same tat as you described above only placed around the neck lower face area with a tear drop on its face and a previously molested look about him.
