i got a good question, simple answers should suffice.
So some of you fellas are having dry runs and no hogs for days, why not just buy a dozen and let them loose in your honey hole and wait a bit then hunt them?
maybe im off for asking this but it got me thinking since there are no hogs around me yet, why not just bring a dozen to me and let them do their damage?

well i can honestly say here in north texas where i am from if you were caught doing that lots of people would put a band around your nuts and you would never get to hunt on anyone

wouldnt go over very good up here in northeast texas either. dont think its legal either, with the whole "transport" and "re-locating" laws with live sows. i may be wrong though.

Amokabs is right.....it's illegal here in Bama, from talking to a few G&F guys about this,....if they caught you red handed,....I think they might just kill you outright.

If I owned 10,000 acres of land and wanted hogs I would doit, But the places I have are farm land and the land owners need hogs removed so I see me having dry runs as I'm getting the job done for the land owner,

People let me hunt where they want them gone. That is like asking an exterminator if he kills all the bugs in a house if he would bring some roaches in and dump them.
