I neared about this bill earlier today. It's a new tax bill for any transaction you mike for 1%. no matter if your puting your pay check in the bank, with draw from an ATM pretty much any thing. I checked it with snopes.com and verified it. Here's a link to the page. To me it's like double taxation on everything. No taxation with out representation. Whats this fake tax representing? Oh, the government got us bent over a rain barrel say sqeal like pig for me. They know there aint enuf to stand up to them. Theres to many yellow bellied, tuck tail n run type people in the country.
