? about bordatella vaccine

Gave my dog the nasal shot Saturday, and today he still has raspy breathing (stuff in his throat) when I exercise him. He had a little blood in his stool Sunday and was wormed Monday on my normal worming schedule. Stool is clean and clear now and he has no energy loss.

How long does it (vaccine) take to work?

Should I give him another dose of the vaccine? if so, when?

Could he be getting sick from eating stool?
