I am trying to get my company to set up collection bins at different sites here in south L.A. I will be traveling to Houston on Sept 26,27,28. If everything pans out right I will need a drop off point. Will supplies still be needed that late in the month? I know it is hard to tell but those of you involved would know more than me.

I have a friend who has a large horse boarding facility here in Dayton who said that she has stalls availible for free and transportation if needed. I don't know who to contact. Any suggestions?
She has set aside an entire barn to help victims who have no place to put their horses.

TimmsHogDogs. I am looking into it as I am hearing dfferent reports from different locations and things change in a matter of hours. I was told that ther was an empty wharehouse complex near Bastrop taking all donations and is full, and they have stopped taking in donations. Others I have heard were trying to organize and figure what they have because so many people have dropped off so much. So I am thinking that that with so many Fires there will be so many displaced and so many needing everyting in their lives replaced, that they will be needing more, but I am not sure at this moment which place is in most need of clothing donations. When I find out I will send you a message.
There are still so many Fires that were not reported by the news and are not on any maps.
Needville Tx was also burning yesterday I did not find out until last night. North of Columbus is contained Lagrange Tx is OUT Grimes County/Montgomery County Magnolia Gonzales is OUT Smithville Bastrop are all seperate fires and all were considered large fires.
Then the other parts of Texas, I have not even been able to look without breaking my heart to see so many loose so much, and our Texas so damaged
Steiner Ranch ( Lake Travis) Leander Cedar Park Dripping Springs (Pedernales Fire) there's been a bunch. in just those 4 fires there's something like 200 or so houses lost. if you add it all together it's probably around 2,000 houses lost and still rising with the majority of those in the Bastrop area.

Circle C and Aladatrot are still on the road coming in from dropping the first load, but Chris is very good about coordinating these things and sure he will have a good idea in the morning of where it can be dropped at. I need a little break from computer and will strat gathering up addresses and locations to post of drop off points for some of the other areas too.

That's awesome guys and gals!! Thanks Chris for putting this thing together and to all of those that helped(Krystal & Thomas Rohan, Mandi Williams, Derick Ensor, Logan Schroeder,Ben Besch, and those that helped I do not know) get the stuff to those that needed it. Thanks also to leifbarnes for jumping in and helping out too...the donation drive you started in DFW, taking the time to haul it down and make a few stops along the way to pick up more. To the companies and individuals that donated - THANK YOU!!!!
This is what its all about folks....helping our neighbors when they need it!! Everyone did an outstanding job!! So glad that LSWDA could help!!

Swine-Stalker, I am in La Porte, just outside of Houston, y'all can drop off supplies at my place, then I can tote them to Bastrop/Smithville. LSWDA will be putting together another shipment for next week. Planning to deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. I know my sister got with her school and is having everyone bring their stuff by for a Monday evening pickup. Walmart is holding all of their dog food and cat food that has torn bags for us, so I can haul that. Gulf Tex feed is putting together a load for us.

I've been passing out feed, hauling water, and penning and loading cows, goats, and horses. LSWDA really came through with the load of feed and other goods. I've also been helping the Smithville Fire Dept put out hot spots. The gloves sent are sure coming in handy. I will try to post pictures or send pictures to be posted tomorrow. Thanks a TON for all the help. I can't explain how thankful the affected folks are. It is impossible to describe the homes, barns, fences, and pastures that are completely leveled. The things that have been sent are greatly appreciated.

Hang in there bro, I know yall are about wore out. Any word on the fire as far containment. Ours over here does decent at night but flares up during the day with a little breeze. I think we are up to about 25K acres burned right now but I imagine yall are approaching 45K or better. Its gonna take a LONG time to rebuild what is being lost in these fires!

Swine-Stalker, I am in La Porte, just outside of Houston, y'all can drop off supplies at my place, then I can tote them to Bastrop/Smithville. La Porte is good enough. Our events coordinator sent out an email to everyone at our 8 plants and 6 admin buildings in the Baton Rouge area. In the email she stated that it would be going to Red Cross but im sure you (Circle C) know where it is needed just as much as they do. I am just glad we can help. The email read -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Louisiana Employees As many of you have seen on the news Texas is dealing with wild fires in the area. The American Red Cross is holding a drive in the Texas area for some relief supplies. We have some employees who will be traveling to Texas later this month and would like to bring a donation from the Air Products Facilities here in Louisiana. Below is a list of some of the supplies needed, please bring to your host site for drop off and someone will be by to pick the supplies up. All supplies need to be ready for pick up by Monday, September 19. Supplies needed: Diapers Wipes Baby Food Bottled Water PowerAde Trash Bags Non-Perishable Food Items Toiletry Items – travel size is best (toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes, soap, shampoo, etc.) Pet Food -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

EVERYBody else whom has helped THANK YOU all so much.
as far as Bastrop fires I keep getting two different reports 40% contained and 60% contained, anybody has more reliable info please feel free to ad that information
