All I know is it works for people... makes you stronger, bigger, faster... but has zero effect on endurance... might be a gimmick to try on a CD, but that's about it..

Very true... when I am in bodybuilding mode... that's the only suppliment I'll waste money on... 100% creatine monohydrate... drink plenty of water... 1 teaspoon a day mixed in fruit juice first thing in the morning(helps your body suck it in)... don't overuse(i.e. don't follow the directions)... hard on your kidneys... cycle on once you hit a decent plateau, then cycle off for a mnth after a few mnths of use... good stuff

Haha, just trying to explain to you what it really is... works the same on dogs or people... same idea IMO, waste of time for a dog...

No need for supplements for a dog. Lots of exercise and good feed should be all you need. A raw diet makes a dog look alot better than a dry kibble diet.

I use muscle up for my dogs. I get the one for horses though. makes a huge difference in recovery time and overall condition. its all natural vitamins and minerals.
