Permethrin....ticks can't stand the stuff.....also if you haven't already, rake out all the leaves and ground litter in your blind. Good luck,

Im pretty anal about what I do around my bowhunting spots.  I would stay with something natural like diotomatioius earth (sp?)

yeah Jerry I know what you mean, I'm thinking I'll try the dog collars..those south texas ticks are real bad..rubber boots, duct tape, dog collars..I'm hoping that will do the trick before I start any spray..I'm of the belief deer will wind whatever is different and flag you..been bow hunting for a number of years and have been winded several times from the ground and even in a tree so I know how the deer behave with foriegn smells..
