Well i was checking for bmcs n hunting breed for cheap on the net i came acrossed a bunch in stillwatyer all $50 pups to grown, called and it was the pound, i no there fixed but would it b worth a try i guess to get one?
I kinda was thinkin some a the older bmc may already b hogdogs the cimarron river is only a lil ways a way maybe someone loast a dog?
There was alot of bms in there like 5 or 6 some bluetick all kinds they seemed to have more hunting stock then lil chiuahas n stuff

Watch out man it may be a trap. Not a trap as in a sting operation, but more along the lines of them activists advertising them knowin those lines r used for strictly huntin dogs. May b somethin similar to this deal in tx where the hunters were getn the dogs n then being labeled criminalists. They pass stupid laws tryin to stop the breedin of dogs till the 1s in the shelters are r adopted, but then say oh no ur a crminal bc u used the dog for hunting. People need to wake up n smell the poo thats lingering n come together n put a stop to these ignorant animal rights groups dictating what they believe should be done.

I DOUBT ITS A TRAP, THERE ARE ALWAYS BMC N CATS IN THE POUNDS AROUND HERE. EVEN IF ITS A 'TRAP' YOU ARE DOING NOTHING ILLEGAL SO WHETHER YOU GET A DOG FROM THE POUND OR FROM SOME BREEDER ITS THE SAME THING. PROBLEM IS THAT YOU PROBABLY WONT GET MUCH! IF I LOST A GOOD DOG, AN HE LOST HIS COLLAR, ID BE LOOKING AT EVERY POUND FOR MILES. AN THEIR CUT, SO IF THEY TURNOUT TO BE BURN EM UP JAMMUP DOGS YOU HAVE NO LEGACY WITH EM. YEARS AGO I KNEW A GUY WHO HUNTED NOTHIN BUT POUND DOGS, CROSSED FIFTY WAYS DOGS, HE HAD TO CULL HIS WAY THRU A LOT OF DOGS BUT HE SURE HAD SOME GOOD DOGS! SOME OF THE BEST IVE EVER SEEN HUNT, BUT IT SURE WAS A SCRAPPY LOOKIN BUNCH TO LOOK AT.

Mr barnes may be right. It may b legit, but do watch ur six, there is to much in the media right now concerning animal rights groups and dog fighting. Probly nothin, but 13yr in the military n seeing whats goin on in the world n our nation, i've learned to dleep with 1 eye open, n 1 ear to the ground. Well now with the dont ask dont tell policy removed, gota make sure to sleep on my back or some1 else will. Just be careful, hog doggin is in the spotlight now, especialy with them hog doggin shows. Good luck n lets hope mr barnes is correct, n like he said, it aint illegal. YET!

Its probably a trap. I got set up with it a few months ago..i had a few pups i was giving away and i had gotten a call asking why they were free and i told them because the father was from a shelter...and it WAS a shelter and was like i knew hunters took dogs from shelters then hung up...so watch it so they dont target you too...

i got a cat male from the pound once turned out to be one hell of a strike dog!! So what if someone wants to call u a criminal because u hunt hogs!! Heck if the economy keeps gettin worse even the animal rights ppl will be huntin for food. Whats a better life for a do? Sitin in a little kennel for a couple weeks then being euthinized (killed) or taken to a home that feeds em good an gives them a job an lets them live longer!?!?! i know what id rather do!!
