Finally, Katie is finished with band and soccer season ended for Emily. This was our first weekend that we could all hunt together in a LONG time,
way to long.
We had Jack, Daisy, and my old dog, Boo, on the trip. Ty is still in sick bay, Bonnie is due with pups anyday, so they kept the kennels safe today.
Jack and Daisy did the hard part, I left Boo on the 4 wheeler most of the time. Jack struck a group of hogs and they singled out a small one which we let our young catchdog prospect, Boozy, catch. Emily then got to stick her 2nd hog. They bayed a good size boar after that and we headed to Dairy Queen for lunch!
And Krystal, I took Boo today and wanted to make sure you saw her since you asked about her.
She was 10 on September 1st and although she has slowed a bit, she's still getting the job done.
