I am looking for a old dog that has hunt and will find a hog occasionally to train some pups with. I would rather it be past it's prime so it will be slow so the pups can see him work. I also would like him to be short range. I dont have a lot of $ to spend or do I need a high price strike we already have some of those. I am just looking for an old dog to teach the pups some new tricks . I know this is a lot to ask but if anyone has something I might be intrested in please post or send me a pm. Forgot to say bred not important just as long as it gets the job done.

If you don't mind one that is open on trail, I have one that will work for you. He has been one of my main strike dogs for years but he is a little older and slower. You can see him at hessetinekennels.webs.com      He is the Red Bone on my for sale page. I would take $450 for him.   Glenn

Has been in the bay pen about 5 or 6 times and showed intrest likes the hogs a lot better when they get agressive. She was born 2/21/07 not a hog dog yet but is good for breeding stock never had pups. I am looking for something close to san saba county. Really hope someone can help me out.

The guys I hunt with work days and I work nights so it's kinda hard to hook up to hunt. I am try to get my own pack so I can hunt by myself .If anyone can help me out I would really be greatful.
