I've got a 4 yr old red cur dog that will get out 300 yards or so in no sign and a little further in sign. He has found a few on his own but is usually behind some dang good lead dogs so I've just used him as a help dog.he will stick with one. Hes never trashed on me, you can run through a set of cows or run a deer out in front of him and he wont even look twice. He will get a little rough but not staple him up every time you take him out rough. I've got some young dogs that are coming along good and got some pups on the way so I'm needin to make some room.
