I agree!! I use almost exclusive ugly dog merchandise simply due to how fast they get it to you, the quality of the product, & I've been to the store twice & they are great people!

I Now buy 100% of my gear from them. I have 1 bay vest, 1 catch vest, 2 terrier cut collars and 4 basic 4" cut collars. The quality of the product and the customer service cant be beat.

So far i havent had a single negative thing to say about any of their products. The Basic collars have been awesome so far, my onky little nit pick would be that their colors faded....alot. I bought orange/blue cuz i like the added visibility but they have dulled quite a bit....not a performance issue just a little querk.....
