Tryin to bring fello hunter in he says the registration is disabled anyone know why ?

I just joined and it said it was disabled the first time I tried. I gave it 30mins and refreshed the page. Went through with no problem.b

Did it to me several times on my work computer, went home and tried it and it worked just fine.
