Well went out to the lake the other day dropped one dog out he went straight down the bank he ran right up on this brute and yelped so I turned around to see what the problem was to my surprise here is what was laying on the bank well I wasn't going to pass up this opportunity so I loaded the dogs back up and went to go have a little fun

ive seen and heard of quiet a few dogs here in alabama getting ate by gators. and if they do get a dog its usually one of the lead dogs

Ive never seen it happen but ive had a close call with a gator and my lab during teal season and i have heard stories of people loosing dogs to them.

Next year when we make another trip out that way you're gona have to take me to find a gator... I want to rastle one! LOL! I figure by that time I should be all healed up and ready to go 100%!!!! Cool pic and thanks for sharing!!

you are right about the good dogs getting the bad end of the deal, bet you could throw a box full of culls in a gator infested area and wouldnt loose any. lol
