Put fly tags on there dogs collars? I'm trying out. Dang flys eating em up. Also I spray em with bronco e equine fly spray. You can watch the fleas drop when u spray that. Anyways just wondered if anyones ever used cattle fly tags and did it work.

Feed them good hunt em hard. The best training can't make up for bad breeding.

If you have em in the same pens as other dogs or puppies running loose, they will chew on the tags and get sick and heard of one or two having seizures.

another thing you can do to reduce flys is hang fly traps (the bottle the fly flies into and cannot get out) around the kennels... i hung one up and within a couple of days the bottle was 1/4 full of flys... i plan on hanging a couple more in the next day or two...

One thing I worry about with those tags, is if it hangs too low and dips into the dogs water bucket while they drink. I dunno, maybe Im just too paranoid! We spray our kennels and yard down with Permethrin 10 about every 2 weeks or so and it makes a world of difference!

I haven't done it but there are a few previous post on the subject, make sure to get the ones that are impregnated with the chemical not just dipped or sprayed, supposedly they can chew em with no ill effects
