Been working bambino like crazy everyday. We've been hand walking, sprinting, flirt pole, spring pole, light weight pull. He's already starting to slim down.

Here are some pictures of him doing the spring pole ( sorry they are so close up) can't wait to look at the difference in a few months / year.

Hey he's lookin REAL good!

Looks like he's enjoying it all too! He looks good and tight, but yet healthy and sleek. I'd definitely keep up that regimen! Very nice!

Thanks y'all. His hind end is real muscular, but I'm wanting to muscle up his chest. He's looking kind of narrow. But he's still a pup so I'm sure he will fill out.
