The kid that stole the tractor his mother drug him in the store this morning while the sheriff was there and we were filling out reports and made him admit to stealing the tractor and bailer. He told the sheriff who he sold it to and gave us his address and phone number. This kid ripped his self on this in three ways. (1) he sold the tractor and bailer for way less then what it was valued at, (2) he got caught and had to admit to it, (3) It must have sucked to be drug in the store at age 21 by your mother holding your arm. lol

The things some people do are pure stupid if he sold it for so much cheaper who ever he sold it to should have known it was a scam unless they were in on it to glad your going to get it back

Glad to hear you atleast got that sorry ass pos.  Hope you find the equipment all ok still too!  I'd make sure and see that he gets everything that can be, done to him.  Hang a man for stealing a horse in the day.....  That tractor and bailer be worth alot more back then I reckon.

She probly knew what was going on she just needed something to cover her butt up too so she probly acted like she was going to be a responsible, loving and caring mother so she tries to make him mind her by making him admit it in front of all the old men in the store and the sheriff. lol

We pressed charges on the boy who stole it. Johnston Co. also pressed there own charges and so did Murray State Collage because the baler was actually theres and the tractor was ours and also becasue it happened on campus property.
