In need of someone to brand dogs i cant seem to find any person or vet that will do it i got some dogs that aint leavin my place and want them branded and these dogs are wanted by lots of people

i brand my own (freeze brand not hot iron) brand cost about 75 bucks and if you get your own brand you can brand any dog at any time

You can get the branding irons for freeze branding and all the instructions at L & H Branding Irons (Google search).  You can use dry ice and alcohol , but liquid nitrogen is best, and you can get it from large welding gas suppliers.  The brand will be cold enough when you see frost moving up the shaft to the handle.  I use 8 seconds (ie, like a bull ride!) as the usual holding time, but some dogs with very thin skins, usually females, will scar at 8 seconds, so if you think you have one, go less, 5 to 6 seconds.  If it does not take, try again in a few months, maybe at another site.
