That's horrible. Even people who don't pray should be able to look at that picture and find it in their heart to say a prayer for her. May GOD be with her.

Man I remeber when my girl was a baby. I don't think a baby ever cried like she did. The only time she was awake and not cryin was when I was flat on my back with her laying on my chest with each hand full of my chest hair. It hurt but I was so glad she was not crying. I know I am not the only one that had a baby that cried and never started shaking the baby. Now we would have to take turns because it did get real old. I guess some people aren't worth the bullet to shoot. Some old hog tying rope should work for the hang'n and then keep using the rope because he ain't even worth old rope.

I think if a man hits a woman then her daddy and brothers should put a woop'n on him. Hurt a baby on purpose and you should just get a hole in the ground. We all get frustrated but just go to another room or go outside. Call someone to watch the baby so you can get a break. We all get upset but you are still responsible for your actions.

But I prayed for the baby and the family.

Prayers for that sweetie, her momma and family. Was it her dad that shook her or step dad, or momma's boyfriend? Regardless, what kind of man could do that to a baby,,,,

If you look at the little pink shirt it reads  Daddy's Favorite Girl...but if you look at her face she is a frightened baby with no smile on her face... just a blank stare...

It is hard to imagine what that baby has gone through but I am going to come from a different angle...

True... the father needs to be punished for his sins...the child needs to be taken from him and he should only visit with supervision present if he truly wants to change and do the right thing...The question I ask is this...What has the father gone through as a child that made him this way???

Was he abused and neglected as a child??? Does he have a mental problem??? I am by no means condoning what he did but we need to look at the whole picture so we can understand...We need to understand so that we can identify potential abusers and help them before they abuse because this is what it will take to turn this life style around...We are good and punishing after the fact...Which to me is backwards...By this time the damage has been done and sometimes the damages are irreparable...Like I mentioned before...we need to work on the prevention as much as possible and identify the small children who are going through this and a trained eye should be able to identify these children..A good place to start is in the schools...but some children will fall through the cracks and others the teachers will turn their backs on them...Still others the Child Protective Services (CPS) will send them right back home where the abuse is still ongoing...If we could get a handle on this the jail and prison system populations would start to fall off...but the judicial system is big business...

We place more importance on a different type of education but I believe that educating our children to live right is just as important if not more so...

In my mind there are different stages in mental and physical abuse and these different levels will bring different results of abuse that will be displayed later in life...not only that but everyone is wired differently so that will also come into play...

We can place blame and demand justice but we also need to look at it in a lot deeper level and make the changes that are needed to IMPROVE THE DECENCY OF HUMANITY.

Below I copied from the internet...

Exodus 34:6-7 “And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the father upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and fourth generation.” Similar scriptures are Exodus 20:5, Num 14:18, Deut 5:9.

Introduction
“visiting the iniquity of the father upon the children, and upon the children’s children, and unto the third and fourth generation”

These are some interesting scriptures to ponder. If they are true then they have some major implications. It would be easy to ignore these scriptures if this was the only one but it is mentioned three other times in the Bible. Exodus 20:5, Numbers 14:18, Deuteronomy 5:9
What does it mean? It means that the sins of a family can be passed down from generation to generation.

Our prayers go out to this cute little girl. Sorry guys I can find no excuse for hurting a baby. Our prisons are full of this kind. Most are talented individuals,  but there still is no excuse.

Romans 12:19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.

I guess that is why they had to put it in the Bible. But it sure boils my blood.
