Anyone use one of the metal frames from the liquid "totes"? Probably seen someone who does mobile car washing. I was thinking it would make a great lightweight dog box. Only concern is that some of the holes are big enough for a dog to squeeze through.

I've seen someone local with one. It was an oven inside though. Depends on how ya rig it up I suppose....

 strip the tote out of it, and weld expanded steel on it. it wont be light, but yet could b loaded by 1 person.

I would do like said and put exp metal on it. I am about to take 2 more to make a full bed dog box. Exp metal on top, sides, and middle divider you can leave an extra run on the top to have the rail go around like other boxes then fit the exp metal inside of that.

I split it to make a bench for the kids to sit and for med bag. We have had 2 adults 3 kids and 4 dogs on one trip so far.
