I have a female bulldog who's tail Is  constanly wagging
And is now bleeding and getting blood everywhere I know
It doesn't hurt her and I have heard of bulldogs and pits doing this
before but I was wondering do I need to leave it alone or wrap it up and
let it heal . Any suggestions ?

You can put a piece of tape around it that should help with bleeding an also help it from staying raw so it can heal. I wouldnt hurt a thang if you used a bander an banded his tail about two inches from the tip. I have done this on four or five dogs because the briars keeps them bloody.
