I might be having to go to southern Oregon for a while here pretty soon. I know theres feral hogs in California and have heard the rumor of pigs being in Oregon, Does anyone know for sure if there is and if you can hunt them with dogs??

given Oregons rules on dog usage for cats and bears i'd go out on a limb and say no.  you couldn't use dogs.  i know a couple guys i can ask.  but i do know there are some hogs on the very southern end of oregon along the border.  and they're thick around Redding, CA.  Shasta county area.
