I have a QuicktracK QTR-10.  I have three collars that are 217.007, 217.023, and 217.077.  Sometimes I can get a particular collar in all directions when I'm tracking doesn't matter if they are miles away or pretty close.  The other day I had a dog leave the country on a runner and even though I could only pick the collar up on high, I still picked it up in every direction.  Is it my receiver or my collars?  The collars are three different brands.  Maybe it's the operator?

Btw, I had the same problem even after I caught my other two dogs and turned their collars off.
