Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!

I've got a bull dog that would be perfect for something like that. He'll find his own hog and catch it. Just walk through the park like he's your average pet and carry some rope or hobbles to tie the hog. Heck, the city might even give you a medal for being an outstanding citizen and protecting the people and property!

For many years, I have trapped hundreds of hogs inside the City of Houston in a public park.  There are baseball and soccer fields, a dog park, a remote control airplane facility  ...  and even a large shooting range  ...  and lots of hogs.  The park is surrounded by a freeway, homes, and suburbia.  As a marathoner and a cyclist we run and cycle in the park all the time  ...  and even in the dark.

Then again there are plenty of coyotes, bobcats and alligators in the park  ...  and people walking their dogs (off leash).

All in a county park that is inside the city.
