started right at daylight with heavy fog couldnt see 100 yards I started around a circle and Zues rigged and headed out hard and fast I had to start driving to keep up 1.5 miles later he finally had this nice sow ( this is the first grown hog I let the boy handel on his own, he flipped and dispatched it all on his own  Grin )

then Zues rolled over and headed out hard again with most of the pack in close tow then Squuuuueeeeeelllllll caught ran to them to see they had a small shoat then noticed zues was not there I pulled the system and he was already 900 plus yrds so rounded the pack up and started driving got close to him so I jumped up on top of the box to see what I could see and about a half mile in front of Zues I seen a big pack of hogs running knowing the ranch I drove around and got a little ways in front of the pack still watching Zues trying to close the distance I waited for the pigs to get a few hundred yards out and I dumped the box and headed out on foot with the catch dog in hand the wind was wrong so the dogs didnt pick up on what was going on till the finally caught visual the dogs were spred out in a perfect flanking position. I had a young pup about 9 months old with me he was the closest to me and headed straight for the front of the pack when this boar spun and was waiting on him crash they hit nose to nose the boar chunked Gomer over the top of him and then started to leave when gomer gathered himself and was hanging on his sac and sat him down and started baying his but off by this time I could hear several bays and a couple squeals I went and dispatched the squeels and then went back to Gomer and by this time Zues was also there and released the catch dog and sealed the deal had a great morning catching a total of 5 and enjoying the day with the boy ( gomer pictured in both)
