Caught the hog around 8:00 AM. Went to a bench show around 4:00 PM the same day. Won the Champion male class with my 14 month old (orange collar). Should have seen the looks I received when asked if he could tree a coon. When I replied, well he has, but I hog hunt this dog. Then, I whipped out the camera with that mornings proof. This male is very leggy. He is built for running. However, whatever is between his ears, tells him to catch. I really enjoy hunting him.

thats cool ....
i used to show walker dogs in bench shows and treeing contests back when i was a kid ,,, my dad was competetion hunting alot back then..
man thats been 30 yrs ago ,, seems like yesterday..

The day I finished him to show champion, I was on my way home from a hog hunt. We stopped by to show him, collected the trophy and win slip, and headed to the house. He was right around 9 months that day. I had to pry him off a 145# boar hog's ear that morning. Zeke is a natural to say the least.
