Thats awesome. Id like to raise one at some point, i think you could really learn from a feral hog if you raised it up like a yard dog in a big pen...i love catchin them and spotlighting them, but i also do like to watch em any chance I get.....hogs are interesting critters.

Here's mine Justin. The bigger of the two I hadn't raised. She's only like seven months but its funny how protective of me she is. If someone comes over and she doesn't recognize them she will get inbetween me and them and won't let them get close.
When I walk the pasture she stays right at my side. If I  leave without her to go check on things she starts squealing and gets angry. Haha there funny animals and very smart. She knows exactly what time of day she gets fed and if I'm 10 minutes behind she let's me know. Grin

Justin, i got 7 fm n 2 boars. The momma was is my pet pig bacon, im purrty sure porkchop is the daddy, bacon had 6 fm, 1 died at birth n the other 6 r still rootin around. A wk before bacon dropped (didnt know she was bred, just thought she was gettn overfed) lance, his family and myself hunted the bumpers tourny, the last hog caught was a sow with 6 piglets, i took a red with white leggins hm, of course i chose a fm to help even the m-fm ratio. If id known bacon was bred i probly wouldnt hav kept her. There is 5 red n 1 blonde piglet. Blondie is stayn here, if u want the other 5, ur welcome to them. I'll even deliver.  Grin i was gonna mark 1 ear n tag the other n see where they get caught nxt time, but if willing to take them, they r urs.
When bacon was a house pig, she learned what time bedtime was and got to where if we shut the door on her, she would squeel n hit the door till we let her in. She'd climb in the bed n sleep either between the wif n i or at the head of the bed. After she ate some tools, it was time she learned what the great outdoors was.
