Me and a friend of mine were gonna hunt Saturday night but rain rolled in and didnt let up til around 3am we gather up dogs and head huntin. As we're pulling in the gate Skud starts barking still in the box. We pull on through and cut the dogs out. They run out about 300 yards and start baying I'm still trying to put my knife on my belt and get the Ranger unloaded. The bay was slowly moving away from us so we decide we had better go see what we had by this time they had walked out to 800 and across the county rd we get across the road and start walking into the bay and it starts coming back to us so we turned out light off and just waited on him to come to us. It got within 50 yards we cut the catch dogs loose. They go in catch and there's dog howling and squeaking hollering all kinds of mess going down we get in there and the hog is slinging dogs in ever direction. I got in and legged him and my buddy Kirby got him stuck. We had noticed that there were dogs bleeding so we got out in the open so we could get a better look. He had cut two dogs pretty bad. They are fine now but had to get em stiched up. We went back in to see what we had. The hog weighed 223 on the scales and had some pretty decent cutters!  Kirby and me  Kirby  Me  Hogs head! Thanks guys! In my opinion we were due a decent pig we been catching smaller pigs and boars without any cutters. I was sure happy to see this one!
Wyatt your gonna have to come down one these days and make a run with us!
