Phil Phillips dogs

 Does anyone know Phil Phillips or own any of his dogs? Is he someone you can trust?

I drove 3 hours once to check out his dogs. I got there and there were chicken feathers every where and you could see ribs and backbone on every dog. This is the only info I have
