Tapatalkif you don't mind would you please give us some info on preperation/recipe to do this at home? I'd like to get more in depth with utilizing the meat off some of these hogs. I am bringing a large stand up smoker home this week that was passed down to me from my grandfather and intend on filling and smoking my own hoop sausage in the future, we make our own pan sausage but I haven't had a good way of smoking the hoop sausage until now so I haven't messed with it. Thanks in advance for any info, im sure its easy to find on the internet but i'd prefer to get the info from people first hand.
