I hunt in Mississippi and Alabama where it I illegal to transport hogs, I see a lot of y'all in Texas hobbling and bringing them out alive and then mention selling them. My question is who buys them? What do they do with them? What kind of market is it?

     most go to the processing plant and are turned into sausage and shipped overseas .
