Took Abby (Jasper/Bella) and Emma (Jasper/Dixie) to a friends in Stephenville for some pen work.
Still trying to convert Bella and Abby.
Bella....well it's a crap shoot. I'm never quite sure if I'll get a score or not when I put her in the competition arena. She's caught out at least once in two competitions so far. She also has some focus issues when the hog just stands still.
Abby is doing fair. She hasn't caught out....I've actually never seen her put her mouth on a hog till yesterday so that was good. She has focus issues on a set up hog as well. Most of the time that will correct itself with time but I still always hope for rank hogs.
Emma saw her first "real" pig yesterday and she performed well. She's only 5 months and will only get better with time. Never been to the woods and ain't goin so I won't have to worry about converting her.
Abby is the Red Pup and Emma is the Yella.
