why is it so hard for folks to read and follow simple directions and reading something in its entirety first, then inquiring. is it a don't give a damn mentality, accidental, just don't know how to read, or what? simple basic directions, that even my 14yo son can follow with ease. i know sometimes its bc info was passed to so and so who passed onto so and so and they forgot to include the basic info and details, but it seems to be more common nowadays to be contacted with ?s answered in the post (if they would have just read the whole damn thing in the first place) or instructions and timelines outlined in the post (again, read the entire post before inquiring). laziness, stupidity, or uneducated. it has to be 1 of those 3 98% of the time, with remaining 2% being passed down misinformed/uninformed information.

take a few min and the entire post, possibly read it again before jumping to the phone and dialing away. most folks learned to read in the 2-3rd grade, so i doubt its from being uneducated, but more along stupidity or don't give a damn.

sry, had to get it off my chest. its been bugging me for several hrs now, and previous topics before, and didn't want to go to sleep without venting a lil bit.

I think it's a general laziness issue nowadays.  People just skim for a number or email after reading the subject line.  I hate to admit but I've been guilty of this a few times at work with emails.  But mainly because it's easier to just talk it out all the way thru than read a 700 word email.

But what your saying is definitely an issue.

It may very well be that someone is not reading- I think sometimes a reader gives thier frined a number to call (prospective buyer).  This prospective buyer didnt get to read the post so naturally they have questions.

On another note-with all the issues lately about buyers beware, try the dog in the woods, dont meet up somewhere......if I am a buyer, I'll ask as many questions as I want to until I am comfortable.  If the seller dont want me asking, then they can try to sell to someone else.

What happens when a seller list something and the buyer reads but asks anyway and the seller says something else Huh?

I had a guy that was gonna buy coon dog from me and asked a million questions about the dog that I had already said in the post. Finally I told him either buy the dog or leave me alone

Way I see it he or she is the buyer they can ask what they want. You the seller and you can to who you want.

then that "friend" is being a blue falcon towards his friend by not supplying him with at least the key info about the item/s.
true, the buyer can ask what they want, n the seller can sell to who they want, but if the prospective buyer can't, won't, or don't know how to read the entire post, when the red dog with white spots, catches like a steel trap, has no aggression n so forth, and ole dumba$$ asks what does the dog look like, will he catch, will he fight with another dog, who in their right mind is gonna repeat exactly what the mentioned? its entertaining stupidity or laziness.

had a person txt me 1 time for something. my post said no calls or txt after 9pm. i get woke up at midnight by a txt asking me bout the item. when i get up in that morning, i wasn't to nice in my reply txt. they counter by saying well i don't good service at my house, but i sent the txt at 9pm, it must hav not gone through till later on. well for 1 wtf r u trying to start up a conversation exactly at the time when no coms are to be continued, and why tf didn't u make sure the txt went through before walking back in the house, or moving ur butt that 1 point where signal is the best and sending the txt. then they say, sry, i don't deal with rude people. oh I'm the rude 1 bc ur a dumba$$ who chose not to follow directions.
