Was out cleaning the kennels today and took some pictures of my A Team. I am slowly building up my pack to 4 Strike/Catch dogs, and of course my meat head CD Clyde. I will be doing one breeding this year and keeping a male and female out of the litter. I have 2 dogs, Fancy and Zipper that are being hunted by some of my friends that help me with my dogs.

When I hunt I only use 1-2 dogs out and lead a catchdog. I am wanting to have 4 dogs to rotate and hunt, but they have got to find and catch their own hogs. I do not keep help or me too dogs in my yard. Its hard to build up a pack when you are limited to 5 dogs because of where I live. Thankfully I have some friends that help me with the dogs I can not keep!

I was going to breed my Gator dog to a off spring from one of my dogs, Gypsy. I hunted with Gypsy and decided not to breed to her. She hunted good, just was not as rough as I like. I decided I will breed Gator to my Gyp Fancy. She was used on my last litter when she was bred to Zipper. I will hopefully get a good male and female out of the next litter. I want something to breed my Blaze dog to in a year or two!! Just hope he lives long enough to do that!

dogs look all right I guess , lol  but tell me and the others about your barrel conversions .  is that a kit that is manufactured or your own gizmo .   a lot of people on the board are all ways asking about dog barrels and housing and those look good . something I would use if my dogs wouldn't eat them   lol  . but you have some good looking healthy animals they look well taken care of  .

The barrel setup is called a K-9 Condo. A little pricey, but to me it's the perfect setup! The dogs will chew the wood and it's nothing to replace the wood platform every other year.

Texashogdog. You have a Florida Cur, so you know first hand how tough and strong they can be. I like them mediun range, athletic, strong, and rough as a cob!! Evil

Jr. I do not keep females in my yard. I sold Fancy or a friend and have the breeding rights like I keep on all my females I sell. I have no problem selling good hog dogs to people who want to be part of my breeding program. I hunt with her often, and will be breeding her when she comes in heat.
