CARNIVORE kicks off its fourth season this weekend on PURSUIT CHANNEL, 393 on Dish and 604 on Direct.  Airtimes are Friday @ 12:30 pm, Saturday at 12:30 pm and Sunday at 6:00 pm.  This week we will be hunting bobcats with hounds on Joe Braman's ranch in South Texas.  CARNIVORE is the only show on outdoor programming that regularly shows hunts of predators and hogs using dogs.  Please tune in and "like" us on facebook at carnivoretv.

Instead of chasing critters this week, we will be calling coyotes in South Texas near Pearsall.  Hope that you tune in and let us know what you think.

Gary,

Do y'all do any guided hunts?

I've got a place I hunt in Fort Davis (close to McDonald Observatory) with 40,000 acres and nobody calls on it.  I tried last year during Mule deer season, but all I managed to call in were a bunch of crows with my little foxpro.  I'd like to go on a guided hunt to learn how to call myself.

I don't do any guided hunts but I suggest that you watch as many of the calling episodes as possible as I give a few tips and tell why we set up where did.  I would love to hunt the Ft. Davis area for lion as there is a very good population there.  PM me and we can visit.
Thanks and Adios,
Gary

P.S.  This week we will be in North Texas with Chris Robinson and the "Night Crew".  They will be calling coyotes and bobcats and have them light up with over 70 million candle power of white light!  Chris has totally revolutionized night calling with his calling rig and lighting system.
