Food mill near Kennefick TX?

I've got a deer lease near Kennefick Tx and our neighbors told me that there is a food mill or procesing plant of somekind where you can buy the corn,barley,wheat,etc... that falls off the conveyor belt for dirt cheap I was wondering if any of you new what im talkin about and where its at.
