He was for sure at least half blooded hog, but for the last 15 years are so there's a couple people been getting woods sows heavy bred to blooded boars and turning them out. This hog was killed on the gut that owns the feed store property the day before gun season opened.

To each his own, but if you knew me you wouldn't. Unless I'm getting suckered by the man that owns the feed store, lol

I'm not calling BS on you lettmroll I'm calling BS on the story.   It just looks A LOT like a farm hog to me and I have always wondered where these 600-800lb hogs come from.    I have probably bayed up and got a visual on 5000+ hogs in my life, not caught, I'm saying I have seen that many with the many of groups I have bayed over the years and I can honestly say I have NEVER even laid eyes on a hog that could honestly even get close to the 500lb range.  I mean no disrespect and all I'm saying is that everyone has their Mt Lion or Sasquatch story.      I don't!!!

Saw 2 escaped domestic pigs caught in MS that were beast. Sow was caught a year or so after escape went 5 something. 3yrs later the boar was caught. It weighed right at 700 if I recall correctly. Both were caught with dogs. On the boar the dogs were unable to grab an ear so they got a mouth full of family jewels and sat down. U can google monster hog delta farm press and see the story. It was a monster.

Sounds like somebody has got it figured out how to keep them long races from happening Wink....there's no doubt this joker has seen some sort of enclosure before in his life....several old timers over this way still run tame boars from the sale barn on their places.
