I just want to share the excitement about Bubba and Lola. They are gettin along just fine, both have shown good attributes to be future CD's. Lola has more energy and has more drive, VERY solid and no doubt a top notch CD, she's 15 months and 65 pounds.

Bubba is calm and kinda quiet, yet very determined to catch, he's so far been a silent but deadly type pit.  He's 13 months and 45 pounds.

They have not been in the woods together yet but that should be tested here in a few weeks. I'm just working on the daily handle and manners to make sure they are easy to control. I'm excited to watch them grow and mature.  if all goes as planned I will breed them in 9 to 12 months....hopeful to bless some folks with good natured catch dogs....

I like the way you go about getting the catch dog part down. Should pay off.

Which breeding of Mona's did your boy come from. I have known her for some time and she is good folks. I hauled a dog from TLK's to her a few years back.

SVK's Lil Man (from Airplane) & Blaggs Gripper

I got him right at 11 months, he's was very shy and wanted to be left alone. He's came a long way and really keeps an eye out on the yard. I can't even open the back door without him yippin for a second....he's calm on a lead and finally is starting to trust us,,,he was very shy at first but the TLC is helping him a lot

Good luck with them! I used to be down on that shy thing with bulldogs and I still don't like those freaked out scared dogs but I have run into quite a few that were shy at first but when it came time to work they did there job as well as any.

Yep, his first 2 weeks with us was sketchy.....he would not come to anybody that wanted to pet him, I'm glad I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He's a good listener, and he submits to Lola like I want him to; she's my main focus, ever since she was 6 weeks old

Jameson, what do u mean profile pic?

Yeah I seen the pics of Bobs litter on here, they are some nice dogs. Sounds like you have the right idea about keeping them from turning on. Im sure they will make some fine dogs for you.

Here's a side pic of Lola, she's a big frame type gyp, Jameson; didn't you get the other female?
