Just got home and took some pics of the kennel.  Nuttin fancy by any stretch of the means, but it'll get me by until I can get some concrete poured.

Patterdales on one continuous cable run

One day hope to pour a concrete pad here and have pens on each side with an alleyway like NThoghunter's set-up

One of the problems with the rock is, if the dog is wound up pretty tight, they end up making a high bank race track

Patterdales on cable runs

Pen on rock - (Foundation block in water tub to keep wee-tard from dumping it over)

Pens on concrete (note new cur dog "protecting")

Eventually want to pour concrete here on rock for a "Puppy pen"

Puppy pens/"Hot boxes" for my gyp's in heat or in whelp

Like I said, nuttin fancy and could use some more money for concrete,...please make donations out to "Bo'Darc Kennel"...

Took my old ones down and started new kennels   Kennels have 4x6 stall pad floor and feed shoots.... open to a 200' x 200' yard let the dogs out once or twice a day and they normally do their business out in the yard

I'm fixing to put up more on other side of yard with it's own septic!!!

Esteban_B....nope I use them Patterdales on coons....I'm a virgin as far as a hog goes!  I bet they would do it, but from what I've seen of these dogs they don't have much if any bay, they're all teeth in fur.  I kinda envision them as popcorn for a hog, but I may be all wrong....time will tell Wink

Heres some pics of my portable kennels. I'm really happy with'em, they work out great!

I got the idea from a set of kennels i've had for awhile that have worked good but the wheels make it a hell of alot easier to move around and clean up under. I don't have any good pics of them but you can see how they work in this one...

Real nice... I have a friend that does this with his chicken coop. It fertilizes the pasture for the goats. Cool Smiley Clean up is easy
