Well today is the last day of work for me. It is my second retirement. LOL I retired from a big paper mill as a millwright 6 years ago because they were doin away with health care after you retired so I got out and kept my healthcare till I'm 65. I knew I was gonna need some income for a few years so I joined the Millwrights union and gave that a run, but today I'm hanging it all up. We have found 12 acres of flat land with a creek up here and as soon as I get home from hunting down y'alls way I gotta build a house. Gonna play before it gets busy!  |

if I'm up here when you start building and you need help building on your house, felling timber if there are any in the way or what ever, give me shout and if ill do my best to get up there and give you a hand. as for that pork butt, that sounds good. ill bring some brisket that i smoked when i was home.

Congrats to ya sir. We live on a little over 12 acres as well with a waterway as the property line. Enjoy !! Neither one of us are retired but we sure enjoy our little 12 acre place we have.
