I dont believe that there is a thing in this world that can kill the parvo virus once it is on your yard. when I had wood kennels I would use 50/50 bleach water mix in a pump sprayer and spray down everything about once a month then come back and hit it with the pressure washer.

Soap water bleach sometimes a water hose attachment or pressure washer really helps
