Trinity area.. north Glendale and white rock creek. I lost my red gyp Cayenne. The cur dogs caught the last boar hog and the took a whooping and I believe the collar got damaged because she rolled off and it tracked about half mile then lost communication as she came up out of creek. It's been 3 days and no word yet. She is a solid red dog with EV branded on the right shoulder. Please be on the lookout for her

Tony, you think a gator may have got her? Or did you have signal on her after swimming the creek?

It's just shoals and pretty shallow water up that way. It's kind of weird deal. Probably 7 years ago Big E lost boogies sister in this exact same area after her collar quit and we never found her again. I really don't think it was a gator. There are some in the area but I just don't think it was a gator. It had signal probably 50 yards up out of the creek. If anything I think she could have gotten cut down from that last hog and just made it a while before the effects set in. Makes me sick, I've tried to breed her the last two times without luck. I'm still holding out hope she'll show somewhere.

That's why I tattoo my dogs ^ great back up plan

That's a good idea also .. check any neighbors house in the area .. knock on doors  and ask .. might lead to something

Sure hoping for a happy ending to this

I got a text last night that the dog was seen 2 days ago about 5 miles from where I lost her. The cattle man said she did not have any collars on though which is really strange. I'm headed out with posters today
