My youngest son Slayde and I made a run this morning with my buddy lil Jimmy and his girlfriend. He brought his blue tick and I took Lulu, her daughter Bell, and Ava. Lulu acted like she was winding in the box as soon as we pulled up. When we cast they made a couple rounds and then wound up in 3 directions. We moved over to the next set of woods and about the time we killed the buggy, Lulu and Ava were bayed about 900 from us. Before we could get there he crossed the FM hwy and was bayed behind a tank damn over there. He moved a couple more times before we got to see him. He came blowing out of the woods and they were tearing his butt up literally. I sent the bulldog and he missed (only his second solo boar). The hog lit out but the heat was on him. The grass was knee to mid thigh deep and thick. So it took about 3 or 400 yards to run him down but they did. They sunk his boat in the wide open. He wasn't but about 180 or 190 but he was pork. We caught the dogs and went to the house.

Same dog Joel. He's surprisingly quiet. He didn't  babble or bark at all when they were running the hog down. Dean I hope your hunt was a sign that your luck.is getting better lol

Haha.  I hear ya.     So far she still raising the 3.   Was happy to see them still motoring along in there when I got back this evening.    Surely she can raise 3 without laying on anymore of them.
