Hey guys I have a problem!  My three year old CD has not been acting right.  I took him to the vet yesterday and he told me he had a broken pelvic.  I guess the last hog i caught did a number on him.  Just wondering what i should do will he ever make it again or is he just going to be a yard dog.

I think it depends on the severity of the break. I have one that was hit by a car and broke his pelvic which healed fine. At the time he got hit he also was ate up with arthritis, hip dysplasia, 8 hard years of work and suffered a torn acl along with the broke pelvic so he had alot going against him. He is not as fast as he used to be but as I mentioned its a variety of issues not just the pelvic.
