Intimidator 31/21 dog food?

Went to the feed store to get my normal feed Southern States Advance Sport 24/20 and saw intimidator 31/21 dog food.  Its 33 bucks for 50lbs compared to 19 for 40 for my normal.  i hate to change feed without some feedback so i figured i would ask here.  I know alot of you guys feed victor but i havent found that here in Fl.  heres the link to the site for the feed comments thoughts?

Come on guys no opinions?  Im really considering spending the extra $ and would like some in put..

protien to fat is kinda high, would be a good puppy feed as far as percentages. But ingredient wise the chicken "by-product" and the whole grain wheat make this not to be a first choice. I would stick with the 24/20 cause you still come out ahead at 19 for 40..
Intimidator-$33 for 50# would put it at $26.40 for 40#
Just my thoughts bud.
