I already have TriTronics Classic 70 G3 Exp with 1 black collar and I want another system, so will it shock both dogs if the collars are the same color?

No. The only problem is keeping up with which black collar and reciever you had on the dog you wanted to shock. You can buy just the collar (different color) for the receiver cheap.
